Our price list is based on the recommended plumbing price guide by “Which Magazine” and guidelines provided by the Institute of Plumbing.
For plumbing work we charge £25.00 for the first half hour and then £15.00 per half hour for any further work until job is completed.
We do not charge a call out fee on top of these hourly rates when the work to be carried out is booked in advance.
We do however charge a £50 call out fee as well as the hourly rate if the work is an emergency ie: if we have to attend your property immediately or at the weekend.
For peace of mind during larger jobs a fixed price or daily rate will be agreed prior to any work being carried out.
For bathroom installations we can offer:
Standard, like for like, replacement bathroom suite from £499
Standard full bathroom refit including wall tiling from £999
Premier full bathroom refit including wall and floor tiling, installing towel radiator, installing shower screen and bathroom fittings from £1499
All fittings, suite and tiles to be purchased by customer.
Tile stripping and making walls good, available at additional cost.
Pick up service and disposal service, available at additional cost.
All prices listed exclude part costs.
All parts will be itemised on your customer receipt.
After first hour, you will be billed in half hourly increments.
Any old parts that have been replaced will be available for your inspection and will be disposed of by Aquafix-Plumbing.
We will also ensure that we leave your premises clean and tidy after the job is complete.
Please note that all prices do not incur VAT.
