Aquafix takes our customer service very seriously. Due to reported horror stories of plumbers charging £75 and upwards, for a couple of tap washers to be changed, we have taken the view that you as our customer should have a good idea of the cost of a job before we start and be fully informed of any further costs during a job.
We do not have any hidden charges such as “call out fees” the price you see is the price you pay!
Every customer will recieve a fully itemised reicept at the end of a job listing all parts that have been replaced .
All parts that have been replaced will be given to the customer to inspect and then disposed of by Aquafix-Plumbing

No Job Too Small
We believe “no job too small “ should be taken at face value, we will not turn down a job because “it is not worth it” we will endevour to fit in all jobs.
So if you have a leaky tap that is driving you mad, give us a call and we will come and Aquafix it!
